On the 11th of August 2025, Air Liquide South Africa hosted a special event to celebrate National Women's Day and honor the exceptional women who drive the company's success. The day was filled with inspiration, connection, and a strong commitment to the company's core values of inclusion and diversity.
This memorable event also served as the official launch of the M[O]RE Campaign across the Africa, Middle East, India, and Kazakhstan (AMEI) region. M[O]RE is a company-wide initiative dedicated to actively building a more inclusive and gender-diverse workplace, recognizing that diverse perspectives are essential for collective performance and innovation.
A major highlight of the day was the powerful keynote address by South African wheelchair tennis champion, Kgothatso Montjane. She shared a message on resilience and the profound connection between the body, mind, and soul, leaving a lasting impact on all who attended.
The celebration was also attended by one of the company's biggest allies for gender inclusivity, South Africa General Manager, Nkululeko Magadla. He delivered an inspiring message, encouraging the women of Air Liquide to make their voices heard and to know that they truly belong.
The event was a resounding success thanks to the efforts of everyone involved. Air Liquide is excited to carry this momentum forward as they bring the M[O]RE campaign to life throughout the region.
