Our LASAL™ pure and multi-component gases – carbon dioxide, nitrogen and helium – are prepared under strict quality control procedures that virtually eliminate impurities such as moisture, hydrocarbons and particulates. 

LASAL™ 1 

Previously LASAL™ ALPHAGAZ™ 1

This high-purity Nitrogen (N50) supply provides 11 kg of gas at 200 bar, engineered for high-precision industrial applications.

Applications

Used to maximize the performance and lifespan of CO2 laser sources.

LASAL™ 2

Previously LASAL™ ALPHAGAZ™ 2

This high-performance Carbon Dioxide supply is available in 37 kg (B50) and 25.8 kg (B40) capacities, pressurized to 58 bar.

Applications

Protects internal laser optics and ensures a stable, high-power beam for precision cutting.

Safety

Asphyxiant at high concentrations. Contact with liquid may cause frostbite. Store in an upright, secured position.

LASAL™ 2003

Previously LASAL™ ALPHAGAZ™ 3

This high-performance Oxygen (N35) supply provides 14 kg of gas at 200 bar, engineered for consistent flow.

Application

Used to maximize cutting speed and edge quality while protecting sensitive laser optics.

Safety

Strongly supports combustion. High-pressure cylinder. Keep equipment clean of oil and grease. Store and use in an upright, secured position.

ALPHAGAZ™ 1 Helium

Previously LASAL™ ALPHAGAZ™ 4

This high-purity Helium (N50) supply provides 1.5 kg of gas at 200 bar, refined for laser resonator, laboratory & analytical: Carrier gas (GC), operating gas (MS, elemental analysis), purge gas (TOC, thermal analysis) and zero gas, semiconductor industry: Cooling Leak testing medium. 

Applications

Used to stabilize the laser beam and protect expensive internal components from contamination.

ALPHAGAZ™ 1 Argon

Previously LASAL™  ALPHAGAZ™ 5

This high-purity Argon (N50) supply provides 17.5 kg of gas at 200 bar, specifically refined for laboratory & analytical: Carrier gas (GC), purge and zero gas, operating gas (Spark spectrometry, plasma gas for ICP, protective gas for AAS), semiconductor industry: inerting, purging, hardening, gas discharge during metallization (sputtering) Melt Metallurgy: Inerting, purging.

Used to provide a clean, oxidation-free shield for laser welding and high-precision laser cutting.
