ALPHAGAZ™ 1 Argon

Previously LASAL™  ALPHAGAZ™ 5

This high-purity Argon (N50) supply provides 17.5 kg of gas at 200 bar, specifically refined for laboratory & analytical: Carrier gas (GC), purge and zero gas, operating gas (Spark spectrometry, plasma gas for ICP, protective gas for AAS), semiconductor industry: inerting, purging, hardening, gas discharge during metallization (sputtering) Melt Metallurgy: Inerting, purging.

Applications

Used to provide a clean, oxidation-free shield for laser welding and high-precision laser cutting.

ALPHAGAZ™ 1 Hydrogen

Ultra-high-purity Hydrogen (N5.0) supply provides 0.75 kg of gas at 200 bar, specifically engineered for high-precision laboratory processes.

Applications

Used for sensitive laboratory analytical instruments and high-tech manufacturing processes.

Safety

Extremely flammable gas. Lighter than air; may collect in ceiling spaces. Store and use in an upright, secured position in a well-ventilated area. Piping should be electronically bonded and grounded.

ALPHAGAZ™ 1 Nitrogen

This high-purity Nitrogen (N50) supply provides 11 kg of gas at 200 bar, ALPHAGAZ™, the simple solution for your analytical needs - ALPHAGAZ™ 1 meets your requirements for analyses in the range of % up to ppm.

Applications

Used for laboratory & analytical: Carrier gas (GC), operating gas (LCMS etc.), purge and zero gas, protective atmosphere, semiconductor industry: purge gas, inerting, cleaning, carrier gas in CVD Purge and zero gas, protective atmosphere, cryogenic liquid (liquid nitrogen)

ALPHAGAZ™ 1 Carbon dioxide

This high-performance Carbon Dioxide supply is available in 37 kg (B50) and 25.8 kg (B40) capacities, pressurized to 58 bar.

Applications

Protects internal laser optics and ensures a stable, high-power beam for precision cutting.

ALPHAGAZ™ 1 Oxygen

This high-purity Oxygen (N48) supply provides 14 kg of gas at 200 bar, ALPHAGAZ™, the simple solution for your analytical needs - ALPHAGAZ™ 1 meets your requirements for analyses in the range of % up to ppm.

Applications

Used for laboratory & analysis: process gas, flame gas (FID), fuel gas (TOC), oxidizing agents, semiconductor industry: oxidation of silicon layers, drinking water treatment.

ALPHAGAZ™ 1 Helium

Previously LASAL™ ALPHAGAZ™ 4

This high-purity Helium (N50) supply provides 1.5 kg of gas at 200 bar, refined for laser resonator, laboratory & analytical: Carrier gas (GC), operating gas (MS, elemental analysis), purge gas (TOC, thermal analysis) and zero gas, semiconductor industry: Cooling Leak testing medium. 

Applications

Used to stabilize the laser beam and protect expensive internal components from contamination.
